Who is responsible for this notice
This website is run by Fieldstone Lending, 106 S Gillette Ave, Gillette, WY 82716 (phone (307) 368-9045). Its business is brokering small-business funding; it lends nothing itself.
Information you hand us
The request form asks for your full name, email address, phone number and business name; for the ranges you choose for time in business, annual revenue and requested amount; and for your response to the consent checkbox. In calls, emails and texts you may add more, such as what the funding is for, how the business is paid, or documents a partner needs. We only hold what you choose to give.
Details your browser sends
Like most websites, this one receives technical details when pages load: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the site that referred you. Analytics or marketing tools load only if you accept them in the cookie banner; essential cookies that keep the site working load regardless.
The form provider and other services
The request form is hosted by LeadConnector (the GoHighLevel platform), which stores what you type into it on our behalf. A Cloudflare Turnstile check screens out automated submissions. Maps on the contact page come from Google and load only when you click. Each of these services handles data under its own privacy terms.
Why we use it

- To prepare a request and send it to lending partners that may fund it.
- To contact you by phone, email or text within the consent you gave and the SMS terms.
- To keep fieldstonelending.com online, protected and working.
- To hold records and satisfy the law.
Lending partners and other recipients
Placing a request means passing its details to one or more partners that offer the structure you need. A partner uses them to review the request, may contact you directly, and treats them under its own privacy policy. We also rely on service providers that host the site and the form, and we may disclose information where the law requires it.
Your mobile number and our texts
With a mobile number and your consent, we may send texts about the request. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help; the SMS terms linked in the footer give the detail.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards for a business our size. No method is perfectly secure, so please do not send bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or full statements by ordinary email or text; we will tell you a safer way when a partner needs documents.
Your requests
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing. Ring (307) 368-9045 or send a letter to S Gillette Ave. Texts stop when you reply STOP. Cookie choices can be changed through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Children
This website is meant for adults looking into business funding. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
