What Fieldstone Lending does and does not do
Fieldstone Lending works only as a broker. We prepare funding requests and pass them to lending partners. We do not make credit decisions, fund requests, or set rates, fees, terms or conditions. A request carries no assurance of approval, of any amount, or of any terms. A partner's own agreement governs any funding it provides, and the disclosures page explains the arrangement.
For business purposes
The site is about funding for businesses. It is not for personal, family or household credit. By sending a request you confirm that the funding you are asking about is for a business purpose and that you are authorized to act for that business.
Keeping your information accurate
Information you give us must be true, complete and current. Tell us if it changes. Partners rely on it when they review a request, as described in the privacy notice.
Explanations, not advice
Pages on this site explain business funding in general terms and may include labelled hypothetical examples. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and nothing here is an offer of credit. Products differ from partner to partner, so real terms may differ from any description on this site.
Things you may not do
- Submit false information, or a request for a business you are not authorized to represent.
- Interfere with the site, probe its security, or overload it.
- Copy pages or submit forms using automated tools.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
Other services and websites
The request form runs on LeadConnector (GoHighLevel). Some pages link to government and other outside websites. We do not control those services or sites, and their own terms apply to them.
How we contact you
How we contact you depends on the consent recorded with the form and on the SMS terms. A STOP reply ends our texts at any point.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and names on this site belong to Fieldstone Lending or its licensors. Viewing and printing pages for your own non-commercial use is fine; anything beyond that requires written permission from Fieldstone Lending.
